RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. Conference Strategy days Staff briefings and others as required.
- Act as a first point of contact for the CEO: deal with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage CEO diaries and organizing his meetings and appointments
- Book and arrange CEO s travel transport and accommodation
- Reminding the CEO and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Acting as the point of contact among executives employees clients and other external partners.

Requirements
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant Personal Secretary or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. ecalendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
