The Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) is seeking an Event Producer to join our Event Team in Malm. If youre passionate about turning ideas into tangible experiences and thrive in a dynamic environment this role offers the perfect blend of creativity logistics and handson work.

As an Event Producer youre the goto person for turning event concepts into reality. Your primary focus will be on the physical build logistics and production aspects for brand activations sampling activities trade show booths and festivals.

For now this is temporary/freelance position but it could turn into a long term opportunity later on in the year.

The role is based in Malm but we are also open to candidates based in Copenhagen.

It will also require that you travel approximately 40 days a year often during the weekend (which is when most of our events take place). Please note that June July and August are peak activity months for our Event Producers.

Start date: April 1^st (or sooner)

End date: September 1^st 2024 (with a possibility this could turn into a longer term opportunity).

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• At least two years of welldocumented experience working in productionoriented roles within the creative/event industry gaining practical knowledge of event logistics and physical build.
• The ability to seamlessly transition from office planning to onsite execution.
• Print production knowledge: you will be in charge of ordering marketing material signage merch and other event assets.
• Drivers license B is a must for this role. Bonus points if you are licensed to drive a fork lift sky lift or any other vehicle.
• Knowledge of carpentry and electricity is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English.Swedish is very useful but not mandatory.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

• Work closely with project teams creatives and external production partners.
• Work collaboratively across different markets and with crossfunctional teams.
• Provide productionrelated support and insights to project teams and creatives.
• Provide estimates and manage the production budget.
• Ensure that rigging derigging and overall event execution run seamlessly
• Bridge the gap between ODMC and event organizers as well as production companies handling print materials carpentry equipment rental and logistics.
• Maintain a keen eye on aesthetics and functionality during the physical build ensuring everything aligns with the overall plan.
• Order marketing material signage merch and other event related assets.
• Store and maintain our events assets in collaboration with the warehouse team in Landskrona.
• Be a brand ambassador during our events leveraging your people skills to engage with consumers.

• You are an effective communicator
• A large part of our events take place on our different European markets so you need to be well travelled and comfortable with handling new situations.
• You are used to working with tight deadlines and have a flexible mindset.
• You are a passionate advocate of the sustainability agenda who wants to create societal shifts and drive the plantbased revolution.
