Job role:
- Build and Manage a diverse pipeline
- Partner with business stakeholders for successful results
- Sourcing from various mediums like Linkedin Naukri etc to close all positions with minimum lag.
- To provide best available talent to businesses within budgets and stipulated timelines.
- Contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the business heads and other stakeholders on a regular basis
- To tap nonconventional sources of hiring maintaining the right sourcing mix.
- Ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internal compliances & process
- Promote company s reputation as best place to work .
Note: It will be an individual role one support staff will be there to help this role in day to day transactional activities (will be handling hiring for all roles like Branch Banking Business Banking etc.)
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- MBA with specialization in HR
- At least five to eight years experience.
- Applicants from Banking and Financial services Talent Acquisition role are preferred.
- Experience in handling hiring Talent acquisition for Branch Banking CASA Assets are good to have.
- Applicants from Hardcore Talent Acquisition Background like BFSI Financial KPOs mass hiring experience are encouraged to apply
- Should be comfortable managing logistical and operational challenges involved in recruitment and onboarding
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Base Loc: South Mumbai One day in a week s/he will be operating from Goregaon East. Remaining week will be operating from different branches in the region / geography assigned to him / her in South Bombay as we generally have 34 walkins recruitment drives in a week. completely Work from Office .
