Senior Analyst - Commercial Credit

The Senior Credit Analyst will lead the analyst team for the middle office and is responsible for ensuring highquality credit risk assessment as part of preloan and postloan Credit business and loan products management. The Senior Credit Analyst performs 1B function through analysis and works closely with the frontline to promote the efficient and highquality running of credit business providing insights and recommendations to support decision making and risk management. The Senior Credit Analyst also plays a reviewer role in the team.

The specific core duties and responsibilities of CA:

1. Financial analysis and industry analysis in the lending transaction summary

2. Credit rating assessment and credit risk categories in CCMS

3. Calculate and validate RAROC.

4. Optimize procedures and processes related to credit.

5. Loan products related works.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in financial sector specializing in financial analysis and industry analysis.
  
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or relevant areas with CFA or CPA designation is preferred.
  
• Oil and gas mining and energy equipment manufacturing transportation wholesale corporate commercial and residential lending real estate or syndicated loan analysis experiences are preferred.
  
• Exposure to upper middle market / commercial banking and leverage finance in a lead and colead syndicate position.
