About The Role
As the Administration and Operations Manager youll lead crucial tasks like overseeing administrative duties allocating resources managing vendors and optimising logistics. Your role will be instrumental in implementing operational improvements to enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Key Duties & Responsibility
Administrative Leadership
  • Manage and supervise daily administrative tasks ensuring efficient office operations and a productive work environment.
  • Lead administrative staff providing guidance mentorship and fostering a cohesive team culture. Resource Allocation and Optimization:
  • Efficiently allocate resources including personnel equipment and supplies to support operational needs. Identify opportunities for resource optimization and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Vendor Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source and select vendors ensuring high quality and costeffective solutions.
Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Oversee logistics operations managing inventory levels transportation and distribution of goods.
  • Implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and minimize operational bottlenecks.
Operational Improvements
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement process improvements to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational changes.
Procurement Management
  • Lead procurement activities sourcing materials services and resources required for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to administrative and operational functions providing regular reports and insights.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
Undertake other duties and projects as necessary to contribute to the success of the administration and operations team and the organization.

Requirements

Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in business administration operations management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in administrative and operations management including vendor relations and logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in tools for example for project management procurement data analysis and reporting and scheduling and task management (e.g. Zoom Google Calendar Oracle Procurement Cloud Microsoft Project Microsoft Office Asana or Trello or equivalent).
