This is a remote position.
- Undertake the endtoend recruitment of all roles within the organization
- Stakeholder engagement; keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide best practice advice regarding recruitment solutions such as strategic sourcing engagement of labour hire.
- Ensure candidates are effectively managed through the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion through the recruitment process
- Monitor and manage the employee onboarding process to ensure compliance with relevant state and Federal legislation.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
- Organize recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support Line Managers to forecast hiring needs by department.
- Manage the apprentice programs.
- Undertake HR related project requirement as required.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR related projects and programs.
- Ensure productive working relationships are maintained will all internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional service to our candidates to ensure the recruitment process is seamless.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with external recruitment vendors to ensure an availability of contingent labour.
- Monitor the recruitment budget.
- Ensure recruitment solutions are competitive.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with endtoend recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization administration and time management skills
- Administrative role dealing with confidential information
- Impeccable administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication
- Selfmotivated persuasive and passionate influencer who can successfully manage key stakeholder
- Initiative to find solutions and resolve problems
