Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions. • Apply instructional design theories and practice in developing the storyboard and design conceptualization. Revise and rewrite content to ensure learning needs are defined. • Incorporate multimedia assets like, audio, video, animation, demonstration, and simulation. Develop assessment items to test learning objectives. • Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of instructional materials including, eLearning, Virtual Learning, references guide, scenario case studies, assessments and evaluations. • Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills. Manage projects from end to end and coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team • Discuss ideas for images, graphics and animations with eLearning team before proceeding with development. • Produce well written audio and video scripts to produce high quality course assets. • Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables • Plan and record time, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects. • Raise any project concerns or issues
