Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Head is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand presence of the organization. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue targets and establish performance metrics.
Sales Management:
Lead the sales team providing guidance coaching and performance feedback.
Develop and execute sales plans including setting targets forecasting and monitoring sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Marketing Management:
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends competitors and opportunities.
Brand Development:
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Implement brandbuilding initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments including product development finance and customer service to ensure alignment between sales marketing and overall business strategies.
Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and feedback for product development.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders.
Implement customercentric strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators sales forecasts and marketing ROI.
Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for business expansion.
Develop market entry strategies and execute plans to penetrate new markets.
Team Development:
Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales and marketing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or master s degree in business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Strong analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
