2. BASIC FUNCTION
a. Operates the assigned machine / Equipment independently without requirement of close supervision and monitoring following standard operating procedures in the section.
3. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND ABILITIES
a. Minimum 5 years as machine operator in relevant section of a reputed ceramic tiles manufacturing company.
b. Should have fair English knowledge to read write and communicate
c. Able to work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexibly when job demands.
4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Minimum 12 years of formal education (102) last two years preferably basic technical education in engineering field.
5. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Periodically checks production output & quality takes corrective action if required and informs supervisor or senior operator for further action / follow up.
b. Examines the machine regularly for its smooth operation if found any problem informs supervisor or senior operator for follow up with maintenance.
c. Carry out activities like cleaning/ lubrication of machine etc. to optimize machine operation and reduce breakdown.
d. Maintains proper house keeping in the section.
