Freelance Junior IT Support (1st Line)
Job Type: Freelance/Contract
A dynamic and innovative firm is seeking a Freelance Junior IT Support professional to join our team. We are committed to providing topnotch IT solutions to our clients and we believe in fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
First Line Support: Provide initial point of contact for technical issues responding to user inquiries and resolving basic ITrelated problems.
Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and prioritise IT support tickets ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
User Assistance: Offer handson support for hardware and software issues including troubleshooting installation and configuration of IT equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT support activities document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical solutions in a userfriendly manner providing clear instructions and guidance to endusers.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or relevant internship is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows and/or macOS environments.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Familiarity with common productivity software and collaboration tools.
Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customerfocused attitude with a passion for problemsolving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Working Conditions:
This is a freelance/contract position offering flexibility in work hours and remote work options.
