Position Overview:
As a Service Coordinator you will act as the main point of contact between our customers service teams and dealerships. You will manage inquiries and service requests from Polish and Czechspeaking customers ensuring smooth coordination of repair and maintenance schedules. Your role will involve excellent communication organizational ss and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position allowing you to work 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely giving you both flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Polish and Czechspeaking customers addressing inquiries booking service appointments and handling any issues or complaints.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules with dealerships and service providers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers service teams and other departments.
- Monitor and track the progress of service requests ensuring timely resolution and followups with customers.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after services are completed and address any further issues that may arise.
- Escalate unresolved or complex service issues to the relevant teams.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their service requests.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions service history and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Polish and Czech (written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience in customer service service coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication ss with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Organizational ss with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Experience in or pion for the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general office tools like Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle a fastpaced work environment.
