You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYour primary focus is to drive the acquisition and onboarding of access points to aggressively and strategically expand our access point network. You will identify and prioritise suitable potential access points create a strong pipeline and manage the endtoend acquisition process. You are a hunter with great negotiation and closing skills and will also manage your accounts longterm build strong relationships and play a pivotal role in enhancing service quality and compliance. By working together with the operational support and marketing team you will ensure the nurturing of these relationships and sustainable growth. You are a detailoriented individual with strong administrative skills who is always in control of their pipeline and portfolio.

Reporting to the Egypt Country Lead you will be spearhead the acquisition and onboarding new access points driving the fullfilment of our company s growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Understand last mile logistics to identify and prioritise suitable and potential access points across different industries
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new access points
Establish strong relationships with potential partners and negotiate favourable terms
Lead the onboarding process for new access points
Develop and implement a growth plan for the access point network
Create and being in control of a strong sales pipeline with a longterm view
Achieve set sales targets and drive customer success
Establish develop and maintain strong relationships with our access point partners
Develop and implement cash handling processes with our access points to get cash on collection ready for scale

2 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience in or exposure to logistics
Experience in courier ideally servicing the B2C market.
Understanding of eCommerce Industry
Targetdriven with a proven track record in enterprise sales
Creative problem solver with a curious mind
Excellent communication selling and closing skills
Highly relational with the ability to take on feedback and coaching
Adapt to Pargo s customerobsessed culture
Focuses on the outcome
Strong analytical and administrative skills:
with experience in CRM tools (like Salesforce HubSpot Zoho CRM)
Advance experience using Google Sheets or MS Exel
Compiling Pitch Decks using Google Slide or MS PowerPoint
