They are responsible for Managing and Maintaining client Servers Backups Software deployments and any other task required to proactively maintain the customers environment. • Degree in related field or equivalent applicable work experience
  
• 5 plus years of networking help desk experience
  
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory / DCs
  
• Extensive knowledge with proven experience on PowerShell script (REQUIRED)
  
• Extensive knowledge of mass software deployments and automation
  
• Extensive knowledge of MS Azure and O365
  
• Experience with SolarWinds tool stack preferably Ncentral
  
• High proficiency of PC systems tools and applications
  
• Ability to communicate effectively
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Research new systems and applications to keep the company current

• Serve as the point of escalation for customers and help desk issues
  
• Report on traffic and trends to management
  
• Study existing informationprocessing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required
  
• Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify operations to be performed by equipment and computer programs as well as operations to be performed by personnel in the system
  
• Creatively problem solve within the bounds of available financial resources
  
• Have the ability to see the bigger picture of how the particular problem fits into a larger process for the company
  
• Plan and implement network security including maintaining firewalls configuring VPN managing host security file permissions file system integrity and adding and deleting users
  
• Provide computer orientation to new and existing company staff
