- Drive innovative strategies and ensure best in class service.
- Maintain contact and engage with applicants to the Sector throughout the recruitment cycle and recording in Recruitment systems.
- Interact and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment and strategy, consultation, and education.
- Work closely with NEOM leaders to drive diverse, new thinking recruitment practices and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and routine reports to key stakeholders and sector leadership on recruitment progress.
