Junior Project Manager 60-100 Zrich Bch SZ

On behalf of our client an independent asset manager in Bch SZ we are looking for a Junior Project Manager.

Tasks

• Work with CEO and COO on various projects related to clients the firm and outside partners
• Wide scope of topics from investments proposals to digitalization and compliance
• Initiate and coordinate various marketing projects within the firm
• Help grow the private investments arm of the firm
• Help set up of offices outside of Switzerland

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent entry level recently graduated or still studying
• Passion for managing projects solving problems and getting things done
• Able to work independently and take initiatives but also to be a fair team player
• Enjoy working in a fast moving and demanding environment
• Strong organization skills multitasking capacity and ability to work under pressure
• Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
• Dynamic and flexible personality
• Excellent presentation skills
• Efficient and proactive communication and writing skills in English. Any other language will be valued
• High level of confidentiality
• Good command of usual MS Office applications
• Ideal age: 18 30
