Site Supervisor - Pre-fab Residential

Job Summary:

Join our client's dynamic construction team and bring to life innovative residential spaces that define sustainability and efficiency. As a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor you will collaborate closely with the Director of Construction to steer the successful completion of singlefamily and duplex residential projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting homes that not only meet but exceed Passive House and NetZero standards utilizing cuttingedge prefabricated materials for walls roofs and floors.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Indepth knowledge of residential construction methods materials and building codes
• Familiarity with local municipal bylaws and inspection requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Passive House or NetZero residential projects
• Proficiency with prefabricated construction materials and techniques
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all onsite construction activities for singlefamily and duplex projects
• Schedule allocate resources and coordinate subcontractors
• Enforce health and safety processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Adhere to project plans specifications and ensure quality standards
• Monitor progress identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Schedule municipal and engineering inspections for project compliance
• Collaborate with managers architects designers and clients for effective decisionmaking
• Supervise onsite personnel and promote a professional work culture
• Manage material procurement and equipment delivery
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and adjustments
