CADDGIS Administrator

**Requested Skills and Experience:** A bachelors degree in a related area At least 5 years of experience with a working knowledge of relational databases clientserver concepts and web site development Expert knowledge of ESRI GIS software and applied technologies including ArcGIS Desktop ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise Expert skills in JavaScript ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python Experience in cartography (desired) Experience creating REST/SOAP APIs Web Services and/or JSON services Experience in working with mobile applications and GPS Units Experience developing GIS applications in a web or desktop environment Experience developing applications using Microsoft Visual Studio Relational database management experience with ArcSDE databases in MS SQL Server 2012 or above Strong SQL knowledge Experience in complex spatial analysis for natural resource projects (desired) Experience managing geospatial databases including conversion of digital data in various formats and completing FGDC metadata Excellent writing skills
