Provide office and administrative support for all housing departments. Answer phones screen calls and route calls to appropriate staff members. Collect and receipt rental payments. Maintain compliance with fiscal policies and procedures. Assist clients with housing applications appointments with departmental personnel and record maintenance request/work orders. Maintain housing wait list. Also serves as the board of commissioners secretary. Attend all board meetings; maintain all minutes and resolutions of the board. Must maintain strict confidentiality. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid Oregons Drivers License.
