Chief Marketing Officer Head of Marketing

• Oversee the entire Marketing / Digital department and total marketing strategies for the organisation.
  
• Evaluate forecast and develop key marketing goals that facilitates the business performance. Besides functioning as a lead to a large and high performing team you are required to influence and ensure good working synergy across teams in various internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Stronghold in integrating various marketing disciplines including but not limited to retail branding sales communications Digital Marketing Ecommerce PR CRM media creative and consumer experience.
  
• Managing and optimising marketing budgets in P&L and A&P to ensure healthy financials.
  
• Skilled in data analysis consumer and market insights to determine the best resultsoriented approach.
  
• Identify commercial opportunities for growth or profitability.
  

Requirements

• At least 15 years in Digital/Marketing experience
  
• Experience in leading a large department and dealing with various stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative team spirit
  
• Strong decision making and assertiveness
  
• Resilient to challenges and quick to adapt in fastpaced environments
