Head Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Designer to join our team in Thane. As the Head Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion ensuring highquality deliverables that meet client expectations. Your expertise in motion graphics stop motion editing Adobe After Effects storybased editing and graphic design will be crucial for this role. Additionally your ability to curate audio stock images and fonts will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Key Requirements:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers providing guidance mentorship and constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage creativity and innovation.

2. Motion Graphics: Develop visually engaging motion graphics for various projects. Utilize creative techniques to enhance storytelling through motion.

3. Stop Motion Editing: Proficient in creating and editing stop motion videos. Bring in innovative ideas to execute stop motion projects effectively.

4. Adobe After Effects: Expertise in using Adobe After Effects for animation and visual effects. Ability to integrate After Effects seamlessly into motion graphics projects.

5. StoryBased Editing: Craft compelling narratives through proficient editing skills. Ability to understand the essence of the story and translate it visually.

6. Search & Selection of Audio Stock Fonts etc.: Source appropriate audio tracks stock footage and fonts to complement design projects. Maintain a keen eye for selecting assets that align with project requirements.

7. Photoshop: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and manipulation. Create stunning visuals and graphics using Photoshop tools and techniques.

8. Figma: Experience working with Figma for collaborative design projects. Ability to create and share design prototypes efficiently.

9. Graphic Design: Strong skills in graphic design with a focus on aesthetics and functionality. Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms and mediums.

Responsibilities:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.

Proven experience (3 years) as a designer with a focus on motion graphics and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Photoshop and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics stop motion editing and graphic design skills.

Excellent storytelling and narrative development abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Knowledge of design principles typography and color theory.

Experience with project management tools is a plus.
