About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our ventures sales team and develop its strategies.
In your daytoday work youll focus on ensuring strategic decisions and choices and get the opportunity contribute to core sales processes optimisation and efficiency.
Join our portfolio company: A German EdTech company focused on enabling students to access a wide range of digital learning materials and communicate via its platform. The fastgrowing startup is active in several European countries serving millions of students.
In this role youll:
- Lay the groundwork for successful partnerships with strategic lead generation outreach and customer management from start to finish
- Optimize your sales funnel using a testdriven approach suggesting and implementing tests like pricing and deal flow adjustments
- Cultivate strong customer relationships creating upsell opportunities through strategic account management while collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to build and manage inbound sales structures effectively
- Play an active role in optimizing and enhancing the fundamental sales processes or backbone
Your Profile
- First experience in B2B Sales ideally throughout the sales funnel or as an SDR/BDR and able to cooperate effectively in a team environment
- Driven to enhance processes boost conversion rates shorten closing times and drive revenue growth
- Possess excellent communication and active listening skills along with resilience and objection handling proficiency
- Passionate about B2B sales and thriving in a fastpaced environment
- Enjoy initiating customer contacts via phone
- Openminded and assertive in finding and implementing innovative solutions
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (C1C2 Level)
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
