SUMMARY
Our Senior Systems Integrators are responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all projects assigned to them. They interface with a myriad of environments and technologies across our entire customer base during the project lifecycle. They work closely with our Support Services and Business Services teams before during and after implementation to ensure visibility on all project work. Their primary focus is to complete project technical work on time and drive customer satisfaction. They also attend project kickoff meetings both internal and external and afteraction review meetings regularly. Our Senior Systems Integrators display confidence and comprehensive knowledge of the project work to be performed at clientfacing meetings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
M365 migration experience: Migrating from local email platforms (Exchange) to Microsoft 365. The role will require them to do these projects independently with little assistance. This usually includes building a 365 environment from scratch and migrating email to it.
Virtualization Experience: Migrating from virtual platforms. This means the migration of existing virtual guests and moving them from a host that is being decommissioned to a newly purchased host. This would involve installing VMware or HyperV on the new host or host cluster. It also includes configuring storage.
Windows Server Upgrades: Migration from older Windows Server Operating Systems to new Windows Server operating systems. This includes migrating Domain Controller functionality file servers applications printing. Particularly someone who can migrate from Windows 2012 to new Windows Server OS.
Firewall Replacements or Installs: We need someone who can configure firewalls to replace existing firewalls or build them from scratch for newly built networks.
Network Refresh: Similar to firewall this would be the replacement of switching firewalls and APs from a configuration perspective.
You will be responsible for the timely completion of all project work assigned to you. Some examples of technical projects youll be working on:
o Server deployment and decommissioning
o Client line of business software deployments/upgrades/migrations o Microsoft Exchange Online and OnPremises
o Azure cloud migrations o MFA and M365 security enhancements o ROAM (Microsoft Teams and VoIP solution)
o Deploy upgrade review and document network infrastructure including high availability firewalls and stacked switching.
Install and configure Windows Servers peripherals network devices and storage devices in accordance with internal standards and project requirements.
Develop document and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Regular internal and external communications on project statuses and planned changes/outages for clients.
Mentoring other technical staff to help ensure that everyone is growing professionally and that knowledge of client infrastructure is disseminated throughout the organization.
Provide technical design recommendations to our team to help ensure proper project scope and IT best practices.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Solid experience with Windows and Mac OS desktop operating systems.
Experience with deploying and building Windows servers (troubleshooting supporting and implementing) including Exchange Serverand Office 365.
Knowledge and understanding of mail flow troubleshooting.
Experience with VPN remote implementation troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
Experience with the Microsoft 365 stack including Office 365 SharePoint and Azure.
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
Knowledge of firewalls networking/routing (switches routers etc.) and wireless configurations.
Be an SME in one or more of our service catalog product lines of your choosing.

Exceptionally strong IT background with a focus on network support implementation and remote as well as onsite support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 years of relevant experience which may include Network Administrator Systems Administrator System Engineer or Tier 2 (or similar) in a tiered environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with IT and related hardware and software components (PCs laptops servers firewalls switches routers hard drives Windows operating systems etc.).
Strong knowledge and handson experience configuring troubleshooting optimizing and managing most of the following hardware/software technologies & protocols: Windows Operating Systems Office 365 mail management and migrations Office 365 SharePoint deployments SAN iSCSI Storage Systems VMware vCenter and HyperV Cisco HP and SonicWall networking equipment.
Previous experience providing both onsite and remote/phone support in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
Previous experience executing medium to largescale IT projects which may include Email migrations infrastructure refreshes and similar scale work efforts.
Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule
