The service delivery manager will be responsible for working with Technology vendors and local resources to design and implement our technology service to support, empower and accelerate the next evolution of the Medtech division.

- Support the implementation of the division's IT strategy as directed by the Division Technology Lead.
- Manage Technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure IT Vendors performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance to local IT Managers and MSP's.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritise technology projects to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation.
- Manage technology budgets effectively, seeking opportunities for optimisation.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and information governance standards.
- Oversee vendors and outsourced partners, evaluating their performance, recommending specific performance improvement initiatives
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
- Research and recommend system solutions based on business needs and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular updates to the division leadership team
