Job Description
On behalf of a private equity investment firm we are looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager.
Due to the continued success and the ambitious growth plans the fund is now hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to take ownership of FP&A budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management reporting and budgeting needs across all investee companies.
- Ownership of cluster P&L including all budgeting & forecasting models and management reporting across investee companies.
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to predict the organisations shortterm and longterm liquidity needs.
- Monitoring ongoing expenditure within quarterly and strategic budgets and monitoring budgets to ensure they fall within the remit of strategic approvals.
- Preparing quarterly investment committee approval papers including budgetary requests.
- Manage funding partner requests and ensure debt covenant obligations are met.
Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA qualified.
- Ideally Big 4/ Top 10 qualified with c. 5 years Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Prior private equity/ real estate industry experience or within a fastpaced trading organisation with multiple business streams.
- Strong commercial finance financial planning and modelling experience.
- Ability to form enduring relationships within business owners and investors alike.
