Job Description

NISADE The Luxe Nomad




The Owner Liaison team plays a pivotal role in NISADE and The Luxe Nomad s Property Management Department. It is to establish and maintain a positive longterm relationship with each owner of our property.

As the Owner Liaison Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all owners with the company and focus on handling and addressing their needs and concerns.

  • MS Office Suite







  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills that will enable the building of a deep and trusted relationship.
  • Ability to respond quickly and be flexible and strategically reactive to meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organisational skill.
  • Positive attitude teamwork orientation and overwhelming desire to attend request.
  • Proficiency on MS Office Suite products
  • Ability to identify research independently and resolve issues.
  • Capability to complete tasks in a efficiently fastpaced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese with associates management owners and suppliers both verbally and in writing and must have excellent writing skills.
  • Other languages such as Mandarin and Cantonese are plus
