Job Description

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Perform initial technical investigations for all issues observed in monitoring and customer incident requests;
  • Serve as the initial point of contact through the helpdesk tool;
  • Rectify known issues or implement workarounds by documented procedures;
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation;
  • Escalate issues to the 2nd and 3rd lines of support as needed;
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for various computer hardware and software issues demonstrating a strong understanding of infrastructure systems servers and network support.

We need your professional experience:

  • Proven experience in supporting enduser devices within an enterprise desktop environment;
  • Proficiency in Windows 1011 administration with MacOS and Linux (desirable);
  • Understanding of endpoint security including patch management antivirus and encryption;
  • Basic experience with enduser infrastructure systems such as Active Directory SCCM and VPN;
  • Demonstrated analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills;
  • Solid networking skills;
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively prioritize and meet SLAs;
  • Basic knowledge of or experience with Task Management Systems;
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
