- Serve as the initial point of contact through the helpdesk tool;
- Rectify known issues or implement workarounds by documented procedures;
- Create and maintain procedural documentation;
- Escalate issues to the 2nd and 3rd lines of support as needed;
- Provide support and troubleshooting for various computer hardware and software issues demonstrating a strong understanding of infrastructure systems servers and network support.
We need your professional experience:
- Proven experience in supporting enduser devices within an enterprise desktop environment;
- Proficiency in Windows 1011 administration with MacOS and Linux (desirable);
- Understanding of endpoint security including patch management antivirus and encryption;
- Basic experience with enduser infrastructure systems such as Active Directory SCCM and VPN;
- Demonstrated analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills;
- Solid networking skills;
- Proven ability to multitask effectively prioritize and meet SLAs;
- Basic knowledge of or experience with Task Management Systems;
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
