Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team and play a key role in financial management. As an Bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Your mission will be to ensure our companys financial operations run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
  
• Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
  
• Publish financial statements on time
  
• Assist with audits and tax filings
  
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  
• Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy
  
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
  
• Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant preferably within the gaming or tech industry with 5 or more years of experience
  
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
  
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office especially Excel
  
• Experience with USA accounting
  
• Focus on achieving results adaptability to nontraditional working hours and fulltime commitment.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  

Preferred but not required:

• CPA certification is a plus
