Job Description

JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position of Talent Acquisition Lead located in Pratap Nagar Sanganer Jaipur.


Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Talent Acquisition Lead located in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for fulllife cycle recruiting including identifying top talent coordinating interviews and making hiring decisions. The Talent Acquisition Lead will also be responsible for employer branding creating job descriptions and building relationships with hiring managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process including extending offers and coordinating onboarding activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies




Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on fullcycle recruiting (Jewellery Industry Experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices including candidate sourcing techniques and interview methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
