About Us:

Stratex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack MERN Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a programmer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highquality software solutions using the React framework for web development projects accompanied by MongoDB Express and NodeJS backend. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Position Overview:

As a Graduate Full Stack MERN Developer you will play a pivotal role in developing deploying and maintaining our innovative web applications. Working collaboratively with a diverse team of designers developers and project managers you will contribute to the creation of seamless user experiences and dynamic functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our development team to architect develop and deploy scalable and elegant web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js).
• Craft responsive and userfriendly interfaces that offer exceptional user experiences across various devices.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services to support the functionality of web applications.
• Engage in code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to project planning adhering to timelines and delivering highquality results.
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance our development processes.
• Participate actively in crossfunctional discussions sharing insights and contributing to the overall application design.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth application operation.
• Attend team meetings and knowledgesharing sessions fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development including state management (e.g. Redux).
• Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Knowledge and preferably experienced in MongoDB or similar databases including database design and querying.
• Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and collaborative coding tools.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous exposure to personal or academic projects utilizing the MERN stack.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles to contribute to usercentred development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and deployment procedures.
• Basic familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
