The main responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption by teams and minimise resistance.
The priority tasks required will be to carry out change management activities and produce deliverables on several projects in accordance with the change management methodology defined :
Define a structured approach adapted to the situation:
Identify stakeholders.
Carry out the necessary impact analyses. Analyse possible resistance.
Design the change plan (communication plan training plan commitment plan etc.).
Implement the change plan:
Manage and monitor the activities linked to the change plan (communication training commitment etc.).
Measure and evaluate the situation on an ongoing basis throughout the project. Ensuring that the deliverables identified as essential are completed and adapted for the transition to production.
Establish sustainability activities:
Monitor the level of adoption.
Process feedback and make the necessary corrections.
Measure the extent to which the change has taken root and make the necessary improvements.
Requirements
Experience in setting up changerelated KPIs monitoring them and launching related actions.
Knowledge of the project management phases/project life cycle.
Proven experience in change management: change management methodology and tools. Proven experience in implementing change plans
Level of French C2 (CEFR)
Experience in training: design delivery evaluation
Proven coaching experience
Experience in the energy sector
Experience in a public organisation
Experience of efficiency projects
