As a Project Manager Cloud you will:
- Be responsible for the project management of key Enterprise Cloud initiatives driving NATO s digital transformation.
- Ensure deliverables and products are on time scope and schedule.
- Support the Cloud Architect with the continued operationalization of the NATO Enterprise Cloud Operating Model (NECOM).
- Support NATO Enterprise cloud adoption activities including migration planning and delivery.
- Track formal cloud projects from the scope cost and time perspective.
- Coordinate and communicate on the progress with relevant stakeholders.
- Create dependency maps and strategies for projects under your responsibility.
- Create benefits maps and risk logs for initiatives under your responsibility.
- Implement and manage quality assurance performance monitoring and reporting.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 5 years of project programme or portfolio management experience.
- Awareness of Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration domains.
- Experience across stakeholder management in different domains functions and organizational levels.
- Recognized Project Management qualification; PMBOK PMP Prince2.
- Knowledge of Service Management including ITIL 3 and/or 4.
- Organizational Change Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of organizational and coordination skills.
- Analytic skills including the ability to summarize large amounts of written material and to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
You should possess the ability to:
- Effectively manage complex cloud projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analyze and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Communicate project progress and status effectively.
- Drive organizational change and adoption of cloud technologies.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
