We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the planning execution and completion of construction projects. S/He will work closely with Project Managers clients subcontractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet all quality and safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and implement project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders and project files.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders including progress updates issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and budgets.
- Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving quality and safety issues as they arise.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the project team subcontractors and clients.
- Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project objectives.
- Change Management:
- Assist in the management of change orders and variations in project scope.Assess the impact of changes on project schedules and budgets.
- Work with the Project Manager to negotiate and approve change orders.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in a constructionrelated role is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday from 08:00 till 16:30 with 30 minutes break.
