Job Description
- Position: HR Analyst
- Location: Chennai
- Company: Aristocrat IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- As an HR Analyst you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing critical HR data.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather organize and interpret employee information related to performance compensation and benefits.
- Contribute to strategic decisionmaking by providing insights based on data analysis.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards for senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in an HRrelated role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS).
- Strong research analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
