Job Description

  • Position: HR Analyst
  • Location: Chennai
  • Company: Aristocrat IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • As an HR Analyst you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing critical HR data.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather organize and interpret employee information related to performance compensation and benefits.
  • Contribute to strategic decisionmaking by providing insights based on data analysis.
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards for senior management.




Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in an HRrelated role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS).
    • Strong research analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Detailoriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
