Job Description

Manager Regulatory Affairs

Isprava is a leader in the luxury holiday home market in India with a focus on designing constructing furnishing and managing sophisticated luxury homes. Headquartered in Mumbai our projects are spread across various locations. We are seeking an experienced Manager Regulatory Affairs to lead the function of obtaining permissions for the real estate business and ensuring timely renewals. This individual will also be responsible for addressing local issues related to the hospitality business in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with various government departments for obtaining and renewing various licenses.
  • Preparing and submitting documents to the concerned departments and following up until final approval is obtained related to obtaining tourism licenses Panchayat NOC Fire NOC GTDC clearances commercial electricity meter FSSAI installation of road signages clearance from Police department for employing migrant laborers Shops & Establishment etc.
  • Keeping records of licenses monitoring due dates and planning for timely renewal.
  • Providing support to the Legal Team in preparing documentation regarding complaints connected to the hospitality business.
  • Interacting with the local Panchayat PWD GTDC and Electricity department.
  • Monitoring daytoday administration activities of the Goa office.
  • Preparing department budget and raising work orders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Law Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to real estate and hospitality business in Goa.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with government agencies and other external organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
