Job Description
Take telephone inquiries regarding employment prospect and give appropriate advice.
Conduct processing of recruitment system and other documents for recruitment processing.
Assist new employees with all documentation that is required for completion upon commencement, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate prior to forwarding to Payroll.
Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
Qualifications
Previous Human Resources leadership experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
