Job Description
- Reviewing and reporting on project schedules to ensure ontime completion and adherence to budget
- Conducting construction technical evaluations to ensure execution as per Ispravas quality standards
- Creating periodic reports for assigned projects and addressing any potential roadblocks with effective solutions
- Identifying snags guiding contractors and resolving site issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinating with construction and project managers design managers contractors and laborers as necessary
- Driving initiatives to improve processes build efficiencies and actively participate in learning and development initiatives
- Living the values of Isprava and contributing to the organizations culture
- Diploma/B.E/Btech Civil
- 46 years of experience in execution/finishing work with knowledge of handing over a project
- Experience in villa/apartments construction.
