Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately driving recruitment efficiency
Manage guide the HR team and collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruitment efficiency
Performance Management System
To manage and guide the HR team and stake holders for the creation of goal sheets ensuring performance discussion between supervisors and subordinates and releasing of report
HR Analytics
Scrutinizing data closely to produce indepth analysis on HR various metrics
Using the analysis to drive HR agenda in the Organization
