Job Description
Install, maintain, performpreventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools,appliances, and equipment. Calibrate allcontrols, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate allshut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock partsand supplies as needed. Maintain inventory andpurchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment,or machines. Enter and locate work-relatedinformation using computers. Operate powerlift. Complete the life safety checklist,including the fire-pump run test and generator runtest. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarmsystems. Assist in development of disasterresponse protocols. Respond and attend to guestrepair requests.
