MEP Engineer - Facilities Projects

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer specializing in Facilities Projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within educational institutions. This role demands strong project management skills, proficiency in providing engineering solutions, and excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders. Due to urgent requirement, Candidate available in Qatar is preferred Key Responsibilities: • Manage MEP systems for educational institution facilities, including maintenance, upgrades, and new installations. • Provide expertise in project planning, estimation, and execution phases. • Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed. • Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience (8-10 years) in MEP engineering, with a focus on facilities management and refurbishment projects. • Expertise in MEP systems installation, and maintenance, preferably within educational institutions. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Proficiency in preparing project estimates, budgets, and schedules. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members. • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
