Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work on daily e-commerce operations, including merchandising, marketing, logistics, and support, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and meet goals.
  • Manage and execute initiatives on Seller Central and Vendor Central channels to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Act as an e-commerce enthusiast with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, joining a young, dynamic team in a fast-growing company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost e-commerce sales, monitoring website performance and customer data for informed decision-making.
  • Create and optimize product listings for accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
  • Publish and monitor product information on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Alibaba.
  • Upload and create new listings, ensuring they hop on effectively in both Seller and Vendor accounts.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to analyse, review, and optimize content for improved visibility and sales.
  • Maintain excellent account health performance, monitoring closely for any issues.
  • Track product ratings and comments, promptly answering customer questions to maintain high satisfaction and engagement.

Education & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a proven track record in online sales.
  • Proficiency in SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with operational tools of e-commerce platforms like Alibaba, Amazon, Noon, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or specific e-commerce platforms.
  • Key performance metrics include growth in sales volume and revenue, improved product listing visibility, customer satisfaction ratings, inventory and product listings management efficiency, and success of promotional strategies.
