Were actively seeking a driven and proficient Upwork Specialist/Coordinator to join our vibrant team. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in spearheading our initiatives on the Upwork platform where Stellites already has a toprated account ensuring the successful completion of projects and taking our customer satisfaction to unparalleled heights. Youll oversee at least 8 developer teams with a focus not only on adeptly managing and securing work via Upwork but also on leveraging opportunities to expand our reach. You get a premium account on LinkedIn Apollo and other sales tools. A standout feature of this role is the unlimited sales bonus which is determined by your ability to manage multiple developers and the volume of work you generate.

As a Manager you will have the autonomy to identify the skill sets required for your team and we will support you in recruiting developers with these capabilities. Your main objective will be to secure a consistent flow of projects and effectively manage your team to ensure both project success and team growth.

At Stellites teamwork is at the core of our operations. Youll be supported by an integrated network including tech leaders and QA for testing along with our sales and marketing head and production head. This collective expertise ensures you have access to comprehensive technical and managerial support enabling you to guide your team towards outstanding achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Upwork Mastery: Proactively secure projects on Upwork with strategic bidding techniques designed to win contracts.
  2. Deal Closing & Negotiation: Masterfully negotiate and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and Stellites.
  3. Project Oversight: Ensure seamless project execution from start to finish maintaining direct client communication and stepping in to coordinate when necessary.
  4. Indepth Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with clients to capture their vision and requirements guaranteeing projects are welldefined and aligned with objectives.
  5. Unwavering Delivery & Client Satisfaction: Commit to punctual project delivery striving for excellence in client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Excellence & Strategic Pitching: Exceptional sales ability with a knack for crafting compelling proposals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and closing with a track record of successful client dealings.
  • Technical Savvy: A good grasp of web technologies (e.g. WordPress Shopify) to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Client Requirement Analysis: Superior skill in understanding and documenting precise client needs.
  • Client Satisfaction Focus: A relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential.
