Designation Billing Engineer
Location Goa/Mumbai
Purpose of the role:
Billing Engineer verifies onsite measurement & rates with Project specifications and cost. Checks the quantum of work stated in the bill against actual work done. Analysis of Bill claimed by contractors or vendors and closing of the same.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have previous allround experience of item rate billing in reputed Construction Companies with thorough ability to work on computers accurately along with proficiency in Auto cad.
Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Work Order clauses & its Interpretation Direct & Indirect Taxation Scrutiny of Accounts Ledger Final Bills Settlement & getting Contract Closure documents signed off.
Candidate must be experienced enough in Participating & Conducting Audit of Billing documents at a regular interval
Bills from the work sites are to be prepared in a standard printed format.
Billing engineers maintain and balance the income generation and advancement of any project at the sites by observing the work from the workplace itself.
He must know estimation and costing BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) Rate analysis Labor and machinery analysis which enables him to carry out billing works at a different stage of construction with proper efficiency and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering
Prior work experience
5 years of experience in billing engineer role
Reporting to Assistant General Manager Operations
Industry Preference
Real Estate ; Consulting with Large construction Conglomerates preferred but not necessary
