- 10 years with SAP CATS
- Understanding the configuration behind how to make things work (attendance/absence types user exit usage etc)
- Payroll itself is taken care of by ADP Experience with either setting up customization of logic for timesheet usage and the resulting pay impacts or supporting it
- Driven to try to track down causes of errors without the first response being to send it back to the SME
