Payroll Administrator

Were looking for an organized and detailoriented Payroll Administrator to join a team in Blackheath.
What you will bring:
- Matric
- Certification in VIP Payroll obtained via VIP
- Proficiency in report writing / ODBC
- A minimum of 2 years experience in payroll salary & wages or finance
- 2 years experience with VIP Payroll
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Solid computer literacy across relevant platforms.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process & reconcile payroll including new employees terminations leave and adjustments.
- Ensuring accurate deductions adjustments and pay period reconciliations.
- Importing and reconciling hours for payroll processing.
- Performing midyear and tax yearend reconciliations.
- Generating management information reports and completing monthend reporting.
