Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
Position: SAP BRIM Consultant
Location: Portugal
Experience Level: Intermediate (35 years)
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ITSM) you will:
- Facilitate workshops to gather and align functional requirements across ITSM modules ensuring integration with tools such as CMDB Discovery SailPoint and Active Directory.
- Analyze interdependencies with the CSM (Customer Service Management) module and recommend solutions.
- Translate business needs into actionable specifications within the ServiceNow platform implementing ITSM solutions effectively.
- Redesign and enhance the Employee Center Portal creating an intuitive and userfriendly service request catalog for employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize modules such as CMDB Service Request Catalog Change Incident and Request Management.
- Provide guidance on UX/UI improvements to ensure a seamless user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities: Convergent Charging Convergent Invoicing and Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable.
- Skills in configuring SAP BRIM modules to meet business requirements and optimize processes.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI and SAP SD modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues within SAP BRIM and address complex billing requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with nontechnical stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Experience working with tools like ServiceNow Remedy and JIRA.
- Knowledge of SAP integration tools (e.g. SAP PO/PI) and APIs for thirdparty system integration.
