Must have skills:
- knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management.
- Experience in creating process documents.
- Analyzing the data and generating a dashboard to senior management.
- Attend regular meetings with Clients to document the requirements.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets(Tasks Incident Change request).
- Knowledge on ServiceNow to Create and Manage CI(Assets Server).
- Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing.
- Harvesting process for Hardware.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting of assets.
- Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices technology and regulations making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance.
- Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fastchanging environment.
- Creative selfdisciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
