Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Houston TX (Onsite 3 days/week)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Houston TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the disintegration or separation of two companies as our client is selling two companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a focus on documentation. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the disintegration or separation of two companies
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in disintegrating or separating companies
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location and Schedule: This position is based in Houston TX and requires onsite presence 3 days a week with 2 days remote work.
