- To check the boxes for hygiene. Customer complaint sheet update and maintaining. Effectiveness verification of corrective actions
- Responsible for maintaining Master samples customer samples Shade cards Glass papers & controlled copy
- Data Analysis and costsaving activity
- Conduct training programs for quality improvement
- Action plan for the quarantine materials
- Checking and verification of Pending MRR like Paper Customer rejection
- Coordinating with the customer and sharing the required supporting documents
- Daily review meeting about Quality complaints
- Display of onepoint lesson/quality alert/checkpoint/visual inspection standard to improve the quality
- Weekly Department shift schedule to HR.
- Monitoring the cost of poor quality and its action plan
