Senior IT System EngineerNetwork Administrator

What you will be doing:

Leads some projects and provides support cultivating a reliable efficient secure Windows Server Network Telecommunications and other technology infrastructure environment. This includes participating and some leadership in IT efforts on computer server hardware server software networking and telecommunications globally. Accomplishing this involves identifying designing implementing and supporting technology infrastructure to help achieve business objectives with little managerial direction. This position will have a thorough knowledge of current Microsoft technologies and methodologies and be able to apply them to solve complex problems and strive for proactive identification and resolution of potential issues. This role is expected to be oncall and/or online 24X7 as part of a rotation.

Identifying designing implementing and supporting technology infrastructure to achieve business objectives.

Being oncall and/or online 24/7 as part of a rotation.

Driving continuous improvement in the quality and availability of the companys technology infrastructure and offering services to assist business units or enhance security and stability.

Leading small and midsized projects for successful transition and certification of technologies.

Providing input into technology standards on Active Directory Application Servers Network Routers and Network Switches.

Installing operating systems and software patches and managing antispyware/antivirus technology.

Supporting VoIP PBX Phone Sets and smart cell phone solutions.

Providing IT customer service to all computers telephony and network end users.

Administering and maintaining the companys computerrelated security software.

Experience you will need:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS BCS or a related degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or 13 years of related experience.

Thorough knowledge of current Microsoft technologies and methodologies.

Experience in project management.

Experience with network & server management and telecommunications.

Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

Ability to be on call and/or online 24/7 as part of a rotation.

IT certifications in Oracle Microsoft Citrix and/or Cisco are a plus.
