We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student to join our team as a Working Student in Operations & Processes. This parttime position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in office management team support and process improvement within a dynamic work environment.

• Be the superhero of office efficiency and organisation! Youll be in charge of getting things ready for our client workshops from coordinating mouthwatering catering to ensuring all materials are set up and ready to impress.
• Become the goto person for our external service providers! Whether its the facility manager the cleaning squad or our other awesome vendors youll be their main point of contact. Your mission Keep the lines of communication open and tackle any facilityrelated challenges like a true champion!
• Say goodbye to boring office routines and hello to feelgood vibes! Help you and the team to feel comfortable in the office the possibilities are endless. From choosing the best background music to having the most delicious snacks available. Plus get creative and lend a hand in planning epic internal team events.
• Ready to revolutionize the way we do things We are eager to hear your ideas and for you to take the lead in owning various operational processes. Whether its managing devices balancing the books or keeping our suppliers happy youll be the driving force behind our quest for efficiency!

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled as a student we are open to every field of study. Creative study programs or business management would be particularly suitable
• Availability to rock the office for 10 hours per week with the potential to take on more hours in the future
• Superb organisational skills
• A cando attitude and a hunger for taking on new challenges and learning experiences
• Ideally already familiar with Google Tools Slack Notion Miro etc.
• English is our official office language however German language skills can come in handy particularly in dealing with suppliers
